Technical Support Analyst, Pharmacy Systems
Resolve customer issues remotely across ScriptPro pharmacy systems, hardware, software, and user accounts. The role includes troubleshooting, ticket management, and support for customer and research projects.

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve issues through remote support.
- Create, track, and escalate customer inquiries in the ticketing system.
- Answer how-to questions and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Support customer service and research projects as needed.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Maintain, upgrade, or replace software and provide hardware support.
- Manage user account details, permissions, security, and system groups.
- Build and maintain working knowledge of ScriptPro systems.
- Report to the Technical Support Supervisor.
- Follow cybersecurity and privacy policies for protecting personal and health information.
- Complete annual cybersecurity and privacy awareness training.
- Work Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Associate degree in an engineering or technology-related field, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or two years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows XP, 7, 10, and 11.
- Working knowledge of desktop and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing or service desk software and SLA-based resolution times is preferred.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and persistence.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel by air for work duties if located outside the area.
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection.

- Ability to obtain Department of Defense security clearance after hire.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check after a job offer.
- Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.

- Ability to solve problems, learn through practical experience, and interpret instructions.
