Support Engineer, Rockwell Automation (Hybrid - Santo Domingo)
Provide technical support for Rockwell Automation industrial control, sensing, and networking products in a hybrid Santo Domingo role. Troubleshoot customer issues, document solutions, and partner with engineering and sales teams.

- Investigate complex issues involving industrial automation hardware, software, and communication networks that first-line support cannot resolve.
- Escalate design, reliability, maintenance, and software concerns to product engineering and development teams.
- Deliver technical assistance to customers and users of advanced industrial automation products and solutions.
- Support Rockwell Automation industrial control, sensing, and networking product families.
- Act as a technical advisor and customer liaison across multiple products and applications.
- Set customer expectations, record troubleshooting work and resolutions in service management systems, and provide follow-up.
- Use Knowledge-Centered Service practices to strengthen knowledge sharing and customer outcomes.
- Create technical notes, troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, training resources, videos, and related documentation.
- Work with sales, engineering, product managers, and colleagues to resolve customer problems and encourage product adoption.
- Take part in evening, after-hours, and weekend support rotations.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, electromechanical, mechatronics, telematics engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant industrial automation experience combined with equivalent technical education may be considered.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- At least one year of experience supporting industrial automation, controls, sensing, machine automation, or industrial networking products.
- Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley products.
- Experience with safety components, relays, contactors, overload relays, GuardLink, soft starters, variable frequency drives, Logix controllers, PLC programming, circuit breakers, circuit protection, and motor starters.
- Experience troubleshooting sensors, RFID systems, industrial code readers, IO-Link devices, EtherNet/IP networks, and related automation technologies.
- Prior technical support experience with industrial products, control software, or automation solutions.
- Experience working with customers, distributors, OEMs, systems integrators, engineering teams, and sales organizations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated customer focus and a high standard of technical support.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and on-call support.
- Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some evening and weekend coverage.
