Senior Client Services Specialist, Key Accounts — Guardant Health, Pittsburgh Hybrid
Support Guardant Health’s precision oncology key accounts through clinical data coordination, EMR navigation, issue resolution, and tissue procurement.

- Use client and provider EMR platforms, including Epic and Cerner, to retrieve patient and clinical information
- Investigate and correct missing, incomplete, or inaccurate data that affects case processing
- Track repeat-order milestones and coordinate sample collection with clinical teams
- Record findings, actions, and resolutions accurately in internal systems while meeting compliance requirements
- Escalate recurring or systemic issues and help develop process improvements
- Act as the primary contact for assigned Key Accounts through remote and in-person interactions as needed
- Follow up proactively on orders and send reminders to keep cases moving on schedule
- Handle client questions with clarity, professionalism, and urgency
- Process customer data requests in accordance with privacy and compliance standards
- Resolve account concerns by coordinating with relevant cross-functional partners
- Track tissue sample requests from initiation through receipt and documentation
- Coordinate shipments, pathology laboratory communication, and internal follow-up activities
- Review pathology reports for relevant clinical details that support case resolution
- Assist with reconciling Advance Beneficiary Notices and other required clinical records
- Maintain documentation in accordance with HIPAA and internal compliance policies
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Billing, Software, and Clinical Operations teams
- Complete training covering EMR platforms, client procedures, and regulatory obligations
- Help create scalable workflows and strengthen operational best practices
- Contribute to strategic conversations with internal and external stakeholders when appropriate
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Candidates must live in the Pittsburgh area
- Willingness to travel to assigned accounts as needed
- At least five years of relevant experience in biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare, including work with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams
- Previous field experience is strongly preferred
- Experience using or supporting EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner is preferred
- Experience handling protected health information and following HIPAA requirements
- Ability to explain complex clinical or operational subjects clearly
- Strong capability in cross-functional teamwork
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks concurrently
- Experience creating and interpreting reports for customer support
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, or similar tools
- Curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to assess and responsibly use AI-enabled tools under company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Successful completion of a background check, including criminal history screening, is required
