Seasonal remote recruiter sourcing and hiring candidates for OnTrac’s high-volume logistics operations. Supports talent acquisition, hiring managers, onboarding handoffs, and recruitment events.
विवरण
- Help maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and procedures.
- Source qualified candidates through professional networks, social media, cold calls, creative approaches, and other channels.
- Review applications, screen and interview candidates, assess their fit, and share evaluations with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout recruitment, answer questions, set expectations, and notify applicants when roles are filled.
- Share status updates, reports, and other information with colleagues, supervisors, and hiring managers.
- Work with the team to assess and improve departmental procedures.
- Conduct recruiting activities and candidate interactions in line with OnTrac’s culture and core values.
- Research and attend external hiring events to promote OnTrac as an employer.
- Develop practical approaches to support hiring and onboarding handoffs and fill roles on time.
- Hold weekly hiring calls with managers.
- Improve communication among operations, RPO, and the talent acquisition team.
- Coordinate with department heads to anticipate and plan upcoming recruitment needs.
- Ensure managers follow the process for adding positions, including completing job descriptions and securing approvals.
- Support compensation approvals, interviews, and hiring feedback for assigned corporate recruiting roles.
- Travel as needed for hiring events and meetings.
- Complete other duties or assignments as required by the organization.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of human resources experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- At least three years of recruiting or onboarding experience.
- A strong record of sourcing and qualifying candidates across roles with varied levels and backgrounds.
- Willingness to make frequent cold calls and conduct other outreach.
- Demonstrated success filling roles from entry to senior level in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with candidates, vendors, and people across all organizational levels.
- Understanding of strategic issues affecting the business.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Windows applications, including Word, Excel, HR Office, and various applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to travel as needed for hiring events and meetings.
