- Answer inbound calls and customer questions
- Apply company policies to address and resolve concerns
- Escalate calls to managers when appropriate
- Respond to telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer needs during the first contact
- Address questions and complaints in accordance with applicable state regulations
- Deliver high-quality service to insureds, agents, and internal and external customers
- Provide ongoing training and backup assistance to teammates
- Train and guide staff when needed
- Uphold accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards

- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional and effective telephone manner
- Ability to protect confidential information

- Strong interpersonal communication skills preferred
