Junior Data Analyst / Computational Linguist — Full-Time Remote in Greece
Help improve Omilia’s production drive-thru Voice AI by analyzing operational data and strengthening NLU models, conversation flows, and LLM behavior.

- Improve Omilia’s Drive-Thru Voice AI, which processes orders for thousands of quick-service restaurants
- Monitor system performance and analyze production data
- Translate analytical findings into improvements to NLU models, conversation flows, and LLM behavior
- Write SQL queries and create reports and dashboards
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to optimize the system
- Review real drive-thru conversations
- Detect error patterns and recommend practical improvements to accuracy and user experience
- Implement and rigorously test semantic models and conversation flows using machine learning, rule-based methods, and LLMs
- Write SQL queries and create reports and dashboards
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to optimize the system
- Review real drive-thru conversations
आवश्यकताएँ
- Degree in computational linguistics, data science, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least one year of experience in data analysis or natural language processing
- Experience using SQL and visualization tools to query data, present findings, and build dashboards
- Ability to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and support business decisions
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain findings to technical and business audiences
- Reliable performance under demanding deadlines
- Experience with voice- or chat-based dialogue systems is a plus
- Experience with production NLU, NLP, or agentic solutions is a plus
- Spanish language knowledge is a plus
