SQL

Descriere

  • Improve Omilia’s Drive-Thru Voice AI, which processes orders for thousands of quick-service restaurants
  • Monitor system performance and analyze production data
  • Translate analytical findings into improvements to NLU models, conversation flows, and LLM behavior
  • Write SQL queries and create reports and dashboards
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to optimize the system
  • Review real drive-thru conversations
  • Detect error patterns and recommend practical improvements to accuracy and user experience
  • Implement and rigorously test semantic models and conversation flows using machine learning, rule-based methods, and LLMs
  • Write SQL queries and create reports and dashboards
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to optimize the system
  • Review real drive-thru conversations

Cerințe

  • Degree in computational linguistics, data science, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of experience in data analysis or natural language processing
  • Experience using SQL and visualization tools to query data, present findings, and build dashboards
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and support business decisions
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain findings to technical and business audiences
  • Reliable performance under demanding deadlines
  • Experience with voice- or chat-based dialogue systems is a plus
  • Experience with production NLU, NLP, or agentic solutions is a plus
  • Spanish language knowledge is a plus
