Descriere

  • Join the FidYOU early-career program to prepare for a career in operations
  • Start a full-time position and join the assigned business team on day one
  • Complete two weeks of onboarding, including a week-long onboarding and teambuilding event in Westlake, Texas
  • Begin training in the assigned business-unit role during the third week
  • Attend monthly cohort development, networking, and learning sessions during the first two years
  • Build cross-functional relationships at Fidelity while supporting divisional needs with a client-first approach
  • Produce accurate, timely results through effective time management
  • Identify opportunities for innovation by examining business processes and challenges
  • Use problem-solving skills to support clients and deliver quality service
  • Maintain a reliable daily workflow while developing financial-industry knowledge and professional skills
  • Process brokerage accounts, asset transfers, and managed-account transactions in Brokerage Operations
  • Resolve custody and clearing client inquiries about asset transfers, new accounts, and money movement in Client Experience
  • Handle inbound calls, execute trades, and advocate for clients across Fidelity in the Operations and Services Group

Cerințe

  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • The program begins in June 2027
  • Ability to interpret complex client requests and communicate clearly
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at one of the specified Fidelity locations
  • Fidelity does not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
