Descriere

  • Build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Design and deploy advanced networking solutions for large, complex environments.
  • Help design and implement Cisco technologies.
  • Apply innovative technologies to solve business challenges and deliver scalable, resilient services.
  • Incorporate AI and automation into delivery practices.
  • Automate manual deployments and support infrastructure-as-code platforms.
  • Assess and monitor network performance.
  • Recommend improvements to optimization, efficiency, and capabilities.
  • Resolve complex issues across a broad range of technologies.
  • Create reusable technical assets and delivery frameworks.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, plus at least five years of relevant experience in customer-facing technical consulting, presales, or service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols and technologies.
  • Substantial hands-on experience with Catalyst routers and switches.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying networking solutions, including SDA and SD-WAN.
  • Experience integrating network service appliances, such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, load balancers, and WAN optimizers.
  • A professional-level certification such as CCNP, Cisco DevNet, or an equivalent vendor certification is expected.
  • Knowledge of software programmability and automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Knowledge of orchestration and/or virtualization technologies.
  • Experience working in the public sector.
  • UK Security Clearance is required; applicants must hold it, have held it recently, or be willing to be put forward for clearance.
