- Perform administrative, operational, and quality-control activities, following up where required
- Support the development and implementation of team processes and working methods
- Contribute to operational objectives and unit initiatives while following established standards, practices, and guidelines
- Process and evaluate information, resolve issues, and adapt the approach to the situation
- Support the development and continuous improvement of working methods and procedures

- At least two years of related professional experience
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- French proficiency is required
