  • Prepare, analyze, and update reports and statistical information
  • Perform administrative, operational, and quality-control activities, following up where required
  • Support the development and implementation of team processes and working methods
  • Contribute to operational objectives and unit initiatives while following established standards, practices, and guidelines
  • Process and evaluate information, resolve issues, and adapt the approach to the situation
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of working methods and procedures
