- Gather accurate information by working with customers and businesses
- Resolve queries promptly and tactfully within service-level agreements
- Investigate and authorise transactions in line with key performance targets
- Obtain necessary information from customers and businesses
- Identify processes that could be automated or improved to enhance customer and business experiences
- Build customer relationships by listening and maintaining an understanding of their needs

- Knowledge of customers and the industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisation and ability to meet deadlines
- Awareness of changes in trends, policies and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of banking products, processes and systems
- Ability to interpret information and develop analysis and solutions that support continuous improvement
- Understanding of the industry and its customers
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Coaching and feedback experience is an advantage
- This role does not meet the requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
