  • Lead, train, coach, and mentor 10–12 Care Tax Experts.
  • Assess performance and accountability while tracking customer outcomes and KPIs such as productivity, adherence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Give agents feedback through quality reviews and individual coaching sessions.
  • Help agents guide Toast Payroll customers through tax preparation, filing, and recovery.
  • Develop team skills in support processes, technical troubleshooting, and new product knowledge.
  • Review workflows to spot trends and opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Keep communication open with agents and share relevant concerns and suggestions.
  • Build support for improvement ideas through clear, solutions-focused communication.
  • Help resolve difficult customer cases and handle escalations requiring supervisor involvement.
  • Meet service-level targets for tax-related cases.
  • Advise the team on payroll and tax filing matters.
  • Prepare payroll analytics and reports for management.
  • Track federal, state, and local regulatory changes and prepare communications for internal teams and customers.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll, tax, or a closely related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing performance and coaching as a people leader.
  • At least 4 years in a role focused on customer satisfaction and improving the customer experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work with managers at all levels.
  • Experience handling escalated customer issues.
  • Proficiency in filing original and amended payroll tax returns.
  • Experience working with tax authorities and understanding the tax notice and resolution process from start to finish.
  • A solutions-focused approach and a record of delivering results.
  • Experience at a payroll service provider.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
