- Support Procentia’s Client Services & Support operating model.
- Prepare client service reports and analyse operational data.
- Coordinate service governance activities.
- Lead monthly service reviews for assigned clients.
- Share service performance findings, trends, and opportunities to improve.
- Create and analyse service reports and dashboards.
- Build client relationships and serve as a contact for service performance and governance.
- Coordinate actions, risks, incidents, and service improvements across teams.
- Work with Support, Product, Delivery, and Engineering to improve services and maintain high standards.
- Help provide clients with proactive, high-quality service while upholding operational governance and reporting standards.

- Background in client services, service operations or delivery, customer success, or support operations.
- Experience preparing or interpreting service reports, metrics, or operational data.
- Confidence presenting information and leading structured meetings with clients or stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken communication.
- Excellent organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Able to coordinate contributions and actions across teams.
- Comfortable working in an environment guided by service-level agreements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
