Account Manager, Cloud Services (United States, Remote)
Manage SMB and mid-market customer accounts at DoiT International, a cloud technology company. Drive retention, renewals, and account growth across multicloud products and services.

- Manage a Salesforce portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts, keeping customer context, stakeholders, priorities, risks, opportunities, renewals, and next steps up to date.
- Use portfolio data to focus engagement on high-potential and at-risk customers.
- Build relationships across customer teams and understand business priorities, cloud environments, FinOps maturity, and desired outcomes.
- Protect retention and renewals by identifying risks, coordinating mitigation plans, and leading commercial discussions.
- Develop and manage expansion opportunities across workloads, migrations, cost optimization, managed commitments, products, and services.
- Keep opportunity stages and forecasts accurate.
- Coordinate account plans, funding, deal registration, and execution with Sales, customer success managers, field engineering, DoiT specialists, and cloud provider teams.
- Lead account and FinOps reviews, product demonstrations, commitment planning, security and AI discussions, onboarding, and escalation reviews.
- Coordinate escalations and ensure issues are tracked through resolution.
- Use customer data, dashboards, CRM workflows, and AI or automation tools to improve portfolio coverage.
- Share customer feedback, product requests, and market insights with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- Maintain reviews and plans for priority and high-potential accounts, tracking outcomes, engagement, spend trends, risks, renewal dates, and growth plans.

- Bring at least two years of experience in account management, customer success, or customer engineering.
- Have at least three years of experience working at a technology company.
- Communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
- Use technical knowledge to work productively with technical teams.
- Build strong, influential relationships.
- Bring strong operational and administrative skills.
- Work analytically with close attention to detail.
- Move effectively between strategic priorities and detailed tasks.
- Show interest in growing within the organization and continually expanding your skills.
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or another major public cloud is a plus.
- Experience with FinOps, cloud cost optimization, cloud operations, Kubernetes, AI, data platforms, or related cloud technologies is a plus.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader certification is a plus.
