Tavsif

  • Serve as clients’ primary dedicated point of contact
  • Deliver high-quality service aligned with eToro’s culture and values
  • Proactively engage with clients by phone and email
  • Discuss financial markets and explain investment strategies
  • Show clients the full capabilities of the eToro platform
  • Represent the eToro brand while providing informed guidance on products and services
  • Oversee the client journey from education through long-term retention
  • Resolve complex inquiries and high-priority client issues

Talablar

  • Professional fluency in German and English is required
  • Strong, genuine interest in financial markets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, Smart Portfolios, and CFDs
  • Proven experience in a client-facing financial services role, such as account management, retention, or customer service
  • Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly, simply, and engagingly
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-directed, and focused on achieving targets
  • Strong ambition to succeed and support team objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn new products quickly and respond to changing market trends
  • Ability to use AI tools to automate routine work, improve client communications, and support account growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is highly desirable
