Provide chat-based tax guidance to H&R Block DIY clients during the seasonal tax period. Help customers use digital tax tools while researching federal and state tax laws.

- Respond to client tax questions through chat and authorized digital support channels
- Guide clients through H&R Block’s online tax preparation tools
- Deliver clear, supportive assistance to do-it-yourself tax clients
- Research federal and state tax laws to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance
- Use proprietary systems and reference materials to support clients
- Work with teammates to exchange insights, resolve issues, and improve the client experience
- Refer complex tax matters to advanced support teams when needed
- Handle multiple conversations, applications, and knowledge resources in a fast-paced virtual setting
- Take on new challenges and learning opportunities throughout tax season
Talablar
- Demonstrated tax knowledge gained through tax preparation, tax education, or tax support experience
- Professional customer service experience
- Successful completion of required H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessments
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet access
- Ability to work from an approved secure remote location that meets company security and privacy standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
