Tavsif

  • Support students through Reclame Aqui with clear, empathetic responses delivered within established deadlines.
  • Review submitted requests, determine their root causes, and recommend effective resolutions.
  • Examine and validate documents such as the TCE (Internship Commitment Agreement) when required.
  • Process administrative requests for the department.
  • Coordinate communication between students and internal teams while following requests through to resolution.
  • Track deadlines and ensure submissions receive responses within defined SLAs.
  • Identify recurring issues and process improvement opportunities to support ongoing operational enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and traceable records of actions taken.

Talablar

  • Enrollment in a higher education program is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience with administrative routines or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, effective responses.
  • Ability to analyze documents with close attention to detail.
  • Organized approach and ability to manage multiple requests at the same time.
  • Basic systems knowledge and comfort using digital tools.
  • Experience with internal systems at a higher education institution is considered an advantage.
  • At least six months of experience working at the institution.
  • Interest in internal mobility and professional development in a new department.
  • High school diploma.
