Customer Service Specialist in Johor Baru (Onsite)

- Coordinate customer order bookings
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers
- Track local and cross-border cargo movement
- Arrange trucks through DSV’s fleet or external vendors
- Support customer requirements, including customs declarations
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities to prevent escalations
- Keep customers informed about shipment progress
- Handle daily customer communications by email and phone while following customer SOPs
- Resolve and oversee customer issues and escalations
- Maintain and review customer KPIs and reports
- Participate in customer meetings, QBRs, and inquiries
- Enter shipment information into the Transport Management System
- Calculate movement data in the database
- Prepare shipment documentation for billing submission
