Opis

  • Assist donors calling in to support nonprofit campaigns
  • Use scripts approved for each campaign
  • Record donation and pledge information accurately
  • Verify key donor details
  • Respond to questions about relevant processes
  • Use multiple applications while speaking with callers
  • Keep donor information confidential
  • Meet compliance and quality standards
  • Attend reliably during scheduled servicing intervals you have accepted
  • Process donations and pledges for established nonprofit fundraising campaigns
  • Take inbound donor calls only, with no cold calls, outbound dialing, prospecting, direct solicitation, or product sales

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least six months of remote customer service experience or one year of onsite experience
  • Professional, welcoming phone manner
  • Strong listening and spoken communication skills
  • Accurate typing and data entry
  • Comfort using scripts and following structured procedures
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • A dedicated, quiet home workspace
  • A Windows 11 computer
  • At least 8 GB of RAM; 16 GB is recommended
