- Take inbound donor calls only, with no cold calls, outbound dialing, prospecting, direct solicitation, or product sales
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of remote customer service experience or one year of onsite experience
- Professional, welcoming phone manner
- Strong listening and spoken communication skills
- Accurate typing and data entry
- Comfort using scripts and following structured procedures
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- A dedicated, quiet home workspace
- A Windows 11 computer
- At least 8 GB of RAM; 16 GB is recommended
