Opis

  • Hire and develop engineers through onboarding, regular coaching, performance feedback, and career support.
  • Build stable, trusting teams that learn from incidents.
  • Guide teams balancing roadmap work with operational and customer needs.
  • Create opportunities for knowledge sharing, cross-training, and paired work.
  • Manage work intake, triage, priorities, and team capacity.
  • Work with Product Management and Product Design to shape requirements and align enablement work with the product roadmap.
  • Turn the Enablement roadmap into team plans, objectives, and measures of success.
  • Adjust work sequencing as business priorities and customer needs evolve.
  • Guide teams in delivering secure, high-quality, well-documented software through the SDLC.
  • Manage on-call schedules, incident playbook training, and incident response support.
  • Lead blameless incident reviews and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Monitor and report delivery and team health measures, including reliability, cloud costs, and developer experience.
  • Promote automation and ongoing improvement.
  • Lead technical design discussions, review plans, and make decisions within the domain.
  • Help establish technical standards, reference architectures, and paved-road tools.
  • Support adoption of AI-assisted workflows.
  • Work with Professional Services and enterprise clients on customer implementations and integrations.
  • Coordinate across functions to clear dependencies and blockers.
  • Help set and promote standards and processes across the department.

Zahteve

  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering enablement functions, such as platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, or data engineering.
  • At least three years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience managing engineering teams, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and goal setting.
  • Previous hands-on engineering work in an enablement discipline.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, web application development, and/or current engineering practices.
  • Experience managing intake, priorities, and capacity without a dedicated Product Manager.
  • Experience leading on-call teams, incident response, playbooks, and blameless reviews.
  • Comfort working directly with enterprise clients and technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills across teams.
  • Basic familiarity with AI/LLM tools and interest in applying them to business and customer challenges.
  • Experience leading multiple enablement disciplines at once is preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, enterprise SaaS, or platform/API products is preferred.
