FranklinCovey Client Engagement Coordinator (Remote, United States)
Coordinate client orders, implementations, and account operations while supporting FranklinCovey sales executives. Help maintain accurate forecasting, agreements, invoicing, and a smooth customer experience.

- Support sales executives across the client lifecycle.
- Provide timely, accurate account support and management.
- Maintain internal systems and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Address client needs through responsive service and dependable business support.
- Contribute to revenue workload targets and monthly performance measures.
- Guide clients through a smooth experience from contract signing to lifecycle completion.
- Coordinate domestic and international implementation delivery and order fulfillment.
- Process subscription, product, service, and custom program orders promptly and accurately.
- Build facilitator relationships and coordinate certifications, orders, and promotions.
- Use pipeline reports to help keep opportunity stages and dates accurate for forecasting.
- Prepare standard agreements and route questions to legal and custom solutions teams.
- Follow company policies, revenue recognition rules, and operating procedures.
- Handle invoices, credits, and payment portals.
- Build working knowledge of relevant software and tools.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field, and/or at least three years of project or sales support experience.
- Self-directed and proactive, with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage several projects at once and smoothly rebalance accounts and workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Microsoft AX Dynamics.
