Energy Field Recruiter, Solar Construction (Remote, U.S.)
Recruit craft and hourly workers for Moss’s utility-scale solar projects across U.S. markets. The remote role involves 50–70% travel.
Opis
- Develop recruiting strategies to fill craft and hourly roles at utility-scale solar project sites.
- Work with hiring managers and project leaders on staffing plans, role requirements, hiring forecasts, and local labor markets.
- Find and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, calls, texts, and email.
- Represent Moss’s employer brand, culture, values, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
- Shape local recruiting plans using demographic research, labor trends, and workforce availability.
- Build partnerships with workforce centers, community groups, trade schools, chambers of commerce, churches, veteran organizations, and other local groups.
- Review applications and conduct initial phone screens.
- Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
- Plan and attend hiring events, career fairs, project-site recruiting events, and community outreach activities.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent communities.
- Work with Talent Acquisition colleagues to share market insights and improve recruiting practices and pipeline strategies.
- Track recruiting activity and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and project stakeholders.
Zahteve
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, workforce recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related staffing function.
- Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills across multiple platforms and channels.
- Ability to build relationships with field leaders, hiring managers, community partners, and candidates.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience recruiting in construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial settings is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole skills are strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, hiring events, and recruiting activities as needed.
- Ability to travel 50–70%.
