Opis

  • Coordinate print program implementations from quote acceptance through setup on the web ordering platform.
  • Assist Project Managers with larger implementations.
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementations for ERP and eProcurement platforms, including Coupa, Oracle, SAP Ariba, Workday, and GHX.
  • Work with customers, integration teams, IT, Sales, Operations, and vendors to define requirements, plans, and timelines.
  • Document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements, covering pricing, workflows, account structures, procurement needs, and system configurations.
  • Coordinate testing, resolve issues, prepare for production, and manage go-live activities for accurate customer deployments.
  • Track project progress and communicate status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items to customers and internal teams.
  • Run implementation meetings and prepare recaps, customer documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources.
  • Manage concurrent implementations, adjust plans, escalate risks, and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to process improvements, implementation practices, quality standards, and consistent onboarding.

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, system integrations, ERP or eProcurement support, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Business-to-business customer experience and the ability to provide strong service throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Ability to gather, document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements.
  • Experience coordinating implementation activities, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
  • Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with ERP and eProcurement platforms such as Coupa, Oracle, SAP Ariba, Workday, GHX, Jaggaer, PeopleSoft, or similar systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with integration concepts such as cXML, EDI, APIs, punchout catalogs, and secure file transfer methods preferred.
  • Experience preparing business documents such as Statements of Work, scope requirements, implementation plans, testing plans, or process documentation preferred; Salesforce for project management is also preferred.
  • Experience supporting customer testing, production deployments, process improvement, or customer-facing presentations preferred.
  • Understanding of industry equipment, software, and web-based solutions and how they integrate preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
