ERP

Opis

  • Review and process vendor invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving records, including three-way matching when applicable.
  • Check account codes, approvals, and supporting documents.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly payment-run materials and schedules for management review and approval.
  • Process payments in line with company policies and contract terms.
  • Maintain vendor master data and answer questions about payment status.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and investigate differences.
  • Work with purchasing and receiving teams to address invoice and receipt issues.
  • Keep accounts payable records, payment documentation, and control evidence organized.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close, including AP accruals and reconciliations.
  • Analyze AP aging and reconcile aging reports to the general ledger.
  • Investigate and resolve aged, outstanding, or unusual items.
  • Follow company policies, internal controls, J-SOX rules, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare audit schedules, retain documents, and respond to internal and external auditor requests.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA processes, master data validation, and AP reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
  • Handle other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Zahteve

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support is required.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA accounts payable or another ERP system is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Careful attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a multinational environment is preferred.
  • Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
