- Support product selection, service activation, and basic troubleshooting
- Apply consultative selling to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver positive customer experiences and uphold retail standards
- Work with colleagues to maintain a welcoming store environment
- Support store goals, customer satisfaction, and overall performance

- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
- Take a solution-focused approach and tailor recommendations to each customer

- Show enthusiasm for learning and developing your skills
