Descriere

  • Own the complete recruitment process from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
  • Work with hiring managers and founders to clarify role requirements, target candidate profiles, and hiring schedules.
  • Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn, social platforms, professional communities, and referrals.
  • Create tailored outreach across email and LinkedIn, manage follow-up sequences, and refine messaging to increase response rates.
  • Assess candidates for technical suitability, motivation, communication, and compensation fit.
  • Coordinate structured interviews while keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Lead offer negotiations and support candidates through acceptance.
  • Keep ATS and CRM pipeline records accurate and deliver weekly recruiting metrics.
  • Develop talent pipelines for repeat hiring needs and future openings.
  • Enhance recruiting workflows, job descriptions, and employer branding initiatives.

Cerințe

  • 1–3 years of professional experience.
  • A strong interest in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing candidates for technical positions such as engineering, AI/ML, or product roles.
  • Practical experience with sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator, along with Boolean search.
  • Enough familiarity with engineering roles and technology stacks to screen candidates credibly and communicate with developers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and dependable in managing responsibilities.
  • Comfort working productively in a fast-paced, remote setting.
  • Recruiting or talent acquisition experience is advantageous but not essential.
