Senior Vice President of Technology at Personified (Remote)
Personified is seeking a senior technology executive to lead managed IT and cybersecurity operations for campaigns, nonprofits, and other mission-aligned organizations. The role oversees support, engineering, security, IT operations, and four functional leaders.

- Lead the technology organization’s operational core across engineering, client support, cybersecurity, and IT operations
- Report to the CTO while owning execution across four functional leaders and daily service delivery
- Maintain response-time and resolution standards for client support teams across all client tiers
- Manage escalation paths, staffing models, and support systems, including the Halo ticketing platform
- Oversee infrastructure, systems engineering, and technical delivery
- Establish standards for process discipline, documentation, and accountability throughout engineering
- Own operational security, including monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance readiness
- Replace manual, reactive IT practices with automation and repeatable operating processes
- Lower operational workload while improving consistency for clients
- Manage leaders across Client Support, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations
- Set performance expectations, lead performance management, and develop future leaders
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to client issues involving support, engineering, and security
- Create and maintain an operational scorecard covering response times, resolution rates, security incidents, and retention impact
- Use operational data and performance metrics to inform discussions with the CTO
- Travel, work, or present onsite when needed to support business needs, maintain service continuity, and represent Personified with clients and partners
Cerințe
- At least eight years of experience leading technology operations
- At least four years working in a managed service provider environment
- Knowledge of ticket economics, service-level agreements, multi-client operations, and simultaneous support for multiple organizations
- Demonstrated people-management experience across several technical functions
- Experience managing managers as well as individual contributors
- Evidence of making an inconsistent operation measurably more reliable without adding unnecessary bureaucracy or slowing execution
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations
- Experience building or scaling IT automation
- Clear, direct communication style
- Ability to document decisions and turn ambiguous problems into specific actions
- Experience with or service to mission-driven, nonprofit, or advocacy organizations
- Comfort working hands-on in a smaller, fast-moving company
- Understanding of how effective process accelerates teams and how to distinguish discipline from bureaucracy
- Motivation to build a team rather than only manage an established one
