Descriere

  • Report to the VP of People Business Partner.
  • Partner with business line leaders and department heads to turn business strategy into people initiatives.
  • Deliver talent strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead retention programs for high-potential employees.
  • Manage performance programs.
  • Build employee trust and engagement across fast-growing business units.
  • Serve as the main People Partner to SVPs, VPs, and functional leads, aligning workforce plans, headcount, and organizational design with business goals.
  • Manage employee relations cases under Indonesian labour law.
  • Coach mid- and senior-level managers on team leadership, performance feedback, succession planning, and building high-performing cultures.
  • Lead talent mapping and performance calibration to identify, develop, and retain high-potential and business-critical employees through targeted development plans.
  • Assess team sentiment, resolve organizational friction, and implement actions to improve trust, retention, and engagement.
  • Coordinate annual reviews, promotion cycles, compensation alignment, and employee relations with central People Operations.
  • Use attrition, eNPS, time-to-fill alignment, and performance distribution data to spot operational risks and guide business decisions.
  • Work with Technical Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to meet staffing needs and support candidate onboarding.

Cerințe

  • 7–10 years of dedicated HR business partner experience, preferably at a high-growth technology platform, fintech unicorn, or fast-scaling company.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law and employee relations; experience across multiple countries is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth global startup or fintech environment is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven record of partnering with business unit heads on organizational design, talent reviews, performance management, and workforce delivery.
  • Practical experience designing and delivering high-potential retention strategies, succession planning frameworks, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ability to use People data and metrics to address complex organizational challenges and connect people strategies to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills, with a strong executive presence.
  • Comfort handling ambiguity, putting strategy into action, and managing day-to-day HR business partner operations.
