Lead AVL DiTEST’s Customer Care team in a hybrid Germany-based role within a manufacturer of measurement, testing, and diagnostic technology. Oversee daily operations, KPI performance, and efficient order processing.
Descriere
- Lead, coach, and develop the operational Customer Care team
- Deliver a strong customer experience from initial inquiry through order completion and resolution
- Oversee daily operations while tracking relevant KPIs and SLAs
- Resolve escalations and support key accounts through clear, solution-focused communication
- Manage order processing, including order entry, schedule tracking, and coordination with Logistics, Service, and internal stakeholders
- Improve customer-journey processes through digitalization and efficiency initiatives
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance
- Support daily operations, especially when handling complex customer inquiries
Cerințe
- Completed degree or equivalent vocational training, preferably in a technical, commercial, or operations-related field
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential in an operational setting such as Customer Care, Service, Logistics, Order Processing, or Production
- Strong commitment to customer-focused service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in organizing and developing operational teams while improving processes
- Proficiency with KPIs, SLAs, and digital tools
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
