Senior Customer Service Team Leader – Poland (Remote)
Lead Liebherr Group’s Polish customer, technical, field service, and spare-parts operations. Develop service teams, strengthen the regional network, and improve performance through effective KPI management.
Descriere
- Oversee and continually develop customer service, technical support, field service, spare-parts management, and the regional service network across Poland
- Plan, manage, and refine service processes on an ongoing basis
- Put global and regional service strategies into practice
- Build consistent, high-performing service processes throughout the Polish network
- Monitor, manage, and improve key service performance indicators
- Maintain strong service quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable results
- Work across functions with sales teams, dealers, service partners, and external providers
- Lead and develop the regional service organization
- Improve the capabilities and performance of service networks in the assigned regions
- Promote knowledge sharing, uncover improvement opportunities, and develop lasting customer relationships
Cerințe
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Several years of experience working in an international service environment
- Background in leading, managing, and developing service organizations and external service partners
- Negotiation-level German and English proficiency
- Strong intercultural competence
- Well-developed analytical abilities
- Experience managing and evaluating KPIs and performance reports
- Organized and self-directed approach to work
- Ability to think strategically
- Willingness to travel
- Application submitted in English or German
