Remote customer service role supporting postpaid Claro users for Partner Service, a telecommunications company. Handle customer inquiries and commercial requests during calls.

Descriere

  • Answer calls from customers with Claro services
  • Deliver effective customer service
  • Resolve inquiries and handle commercial requests during calls
  • Complete 12 days of theoretical training and 4 days of practical training
  • Work rotating afternoon shifts with rotating days off from Monday through Sunday
  • Handle calls for 7 hours 30 minutes full time, 6 hours semi-full time, or 4 hours part time
  • Work under a service-contractor arrangement paid against professional-fee receipts
  • Receive payments on the last day of each month; bonuses and commissions are paid the following month

Cerințe

  • At least 3 months of call center experience
  • A personal computer or laptop
  • Windows 10 or 11
  • A 5th-generation Core i3 processor or equivalent or newer
  • At least 8 GB of RAM
  • Wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
  • USB headphones
  • Camera enabled during training
  • Signed identity affidavit
  • Availability for the selected schedule
  • Willingness to work under a professional-fee receipt arrangement
  • An existing or newly obtained RUC and SUNAT SOL username and password
  • Secondary education
  • To receive the training payment: pass the induction and service process, complete at least 1 month of activity, and remain active on the payment date

Beneficii

  • Variable bonus: S/ 300 for full-time or semi-full-time schedules; S/ 150 for part-time schedules
  • Retention bonus: S/ 200 for full-time or semi-full-time schedules; S/ 100 for part-time schedules

  • Paid training: S/ 240 total for the 12 theoretical training days, subject to company conditions
