Answer calls from customers with Claro services
Deliver effective customer service
Resolve inquiries and handle commercial requests during calls
Complete 12 days of theoretical training and 4 days of practical training
Work rotating afternoon shifts with rotating days off from Monday through Sunday
Handle calls for 7 hours 30 minutes full time, 6 hours semi-full time, or 4 hours part time
Work under a service-contractor arrangement paid against professional-fee receipts
Receive payments on the last day of each month; bonuses and commissions are paid the following month

A personal computer or laptop
Windows 10 or 11
A 5th-generation Core i3 processor or equivalent or newer

Willingness to work under a professional-fee receipt arrangement
