Principal Client Support Specialist, EMV Certification (Onsite)
Lead EMV certification operations for Capital One payment partners, terminal vendors, and mobile application developers. Resolve technical queries, coordinate vendors, and guide Level 2 testing projects through approval.
Descriere
- Manage the operational and administrative certification lifecycle for payment partners, terminal vendors, and mobile application developers against Level 2 functional and security requirements
- Serve as the primary operational contact throughout certification, resolving a high volume of technical and process questions from external partners
- Represent product providers in technical discussions, set expectations, and maintain progress across certification projects
- Coordinate cross-functional activities that advance certification projects from intake through final approval
- Apply knowledge of EMV specifications and card and security testing standards to support compliance with network requirements
Cerințe
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least four years of experience with payment systems and EMV technologies
- At least four years of experience in software or hardware testing and certification processes
- At least three years of experience in product development or technical project support
- Knowledge of payment certification levels, including Level 1 physical and interface testing, Level 2 kernel and functional testing, and Level 3 brand, acquirer, and issuer integration
- Experience in a client-facing or vendor-support role handling technical support tickets, partner inquiries, or implementation issues
