- Expand the customer base across regions by connecting client needs with visual content solutions.
- Generate new business revenue and increase market share within the Production segment.
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers across broadcast, streaming, and production.
- Communicate Getty Images’ value proposition accurately and compellingly.
- Lead discovery discussions and meetings while recording activity in Salesforce.
- Increase existing account revenue and identify additional solution opportunities.
- Build durable relationships with both new and established contacts.
- Learn the core product portfolio and identify customer requirements.
- Recommend solutions informed by discovery findings.
- Maintain regular sales activity and move leads through each sales stage.
- Build a sustainable book of business and qualified pipeline.
- Manage cross-selling, upselling, discounts, price increases, and fee-based product or feature launches.
- Create, document, and present sales plans at least twice a year, covering targets, contact strategy, KPIs, and adjustment points.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Provide accurate business reports and updates by their deadlines.
- Achieve monthly Salesforce CRM KPIs.
- Submit forecasts within plus or minus 10% of monthly delivered results.
Cerințe
- At least three years of sales experience in production, film, or television.
- Use a systematic, methodical, process-driven sales approach.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
- Experience with Salesforce Engage, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging prospects and clients.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including web conferencing.
- Well-developed time management and organizational abilities.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with data.
- Ability to use customer purchase history, behavior, and insights to evaluate demand against competitors.
- Proficiency with Excel and other reporting tools.
- Ability to develop a network of prospective client contacts.
- Proactive communication style.
- Persistent follow-up skills through deal closure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Getty Images subject-matter experts and colleagues across departments.
