Descriere
- Convert business priorities into practical people strategies with organizational leaders
- Assess workforce requirements, risks, and future staffing needs through structured workforce planning
- Identify talent and capability gaps and build headcount, staffing, succession, and talent plans
- Coach leaders on communication, decisions, accountability, feedback, development, and team performance
- Manage employee relations matters, performance concerns, and workplace complaints with objectivity and legal and policy awareness
- Record case outcomes and share relevant conclusions with the appropriate leaders
- Coordinate with HR teams to deliver consistent programs, services, and lifecycle support
- Advise leaders and employees on the Team Manual, employment practices, and applicable requirements
- Help create, communicate, implement, and embed new or complex workplace policies
- Support organizational change by preparing leaders, coordinating communications, addressing employee impacts, and reinforcing adoption
- Analyze HR data and workforce insights to assess people strategies, surface trends, and inform decisions
- Turn analysis into process improvements that enhance organizational results and the employee and leader experience
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline plus five or more years of progressively responsible HR experience preferred
- Comparable education and professional experience may be considered
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions paired with strong business judgment
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Strong communication, relationship management, coaching, and influence skills
- Discretion and sound judgment in complex or sensitive matters
- Strong collaboration, prioritization, and organizational abilities
- Ability to apply HR data and metrics to assess results and detect trends
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
