Descriere

  • Manage relationships with an assigned customer portfolio and serve as its primary point of contact
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team to support future enhancements
  • Deliver product demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Spot opportunities to expand accounts through additional products or services
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and initial product familiarization
  • Deliver customer training and provide educational materials
  • Work with sales, support, and product development teams to create a consistent customer experience
  • Help customers realize value from ZF products and services while supporting satisfaction, retention, loyalty, and successful outcomes

Cerințe

  • Bring 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Have at least two years of experience in the transport and logistics sector
  • Understand vehicle telematics or similar SaaS solutions, with basic knowledge of software and hardware systems
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
  • Organize and prioritize work reliably
  • Demonstrate a customer-first approach and commitment to high customer satisfaction
  • Be a native Dutch speaker with good English proficiency
