Customer Service Assistant - Mouser Electronics (Hybrid)
Support Mouser Electronics’ customer service operations through accurate data entry, international order processing, chat assistance, and coordination with local and cross-functional teams.
Descriere
- Maintain records and prepare, transmit, sort, and distribute faxes, mail, email, and reports as needed.
- Uphold high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Complete work promptly, meet daily productivity targets, and balance urgency with quality and accuracy.
- Assist local Customer Service teams and provide support to other teams when required.
- Help resolve complex or unusual requests while contributing to team best practices.
- Enter and retrieve data using custom and other software to support department objectives, improve the customer experience, and advance customer service initiatives.
Cerințe
- Perform accurate, efficient data entry using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and other computer commands, formatting materials as needed.
- Proofread entered material and generated reports, investigate data discrepancies, and seek clarification or escalate issues to ensure customer requests are processed correctly.
- Correctly process international orders involving multiple currencies and related requirements.
- Demonstrate effective time management and planning and organizational skills.
- Provide chat support in the local language and any other required languages.
- Communicate professionally in writing and verbally in the local language, including by telephone.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
