Descriere

  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned grandfathered and house accounts
  • Manage customer relationships, account development, and the end-to-end sales process
  • Proactively engage customers by phone and email
  • Learn each customer’s business, purchasing behavior, challenges, and objectives
  • Recommend relevant products and solutions through active listening, discovery, and consultative selling
  • Pursue upselling, cross-selling, higher order frequency or volume, new product adoption, account expansion, and re-engagement opportunities
  • Follow up on quotes, leads, open opportunities, and customer requests to improve sales conversion
  • Create account-growth plans and work toward established sales objectives
  • Monitor Slack, email, and phone channels and respond promptly with practical solutions
  • Resolve customer concerns while delivering knowledgeable, responsive service
  • Prepare quotes, place orders, and review and process purchase orders
  • Handle cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds, and special shipping requests
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective resolutions
  • Update the wholesale production queue each day as assigned
  • Monitor plant channels for order and tracking information
  • Keep CRM records and pipeline data accurate and current
  • Participate in one-on-one, departmental, weekly sales, and other required meetings
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth for the Business Team

Cerințe

  • Working knowledge of air filters and HVAC systems
  • Broad familiarity with CRM platforms and purchasing portals
  • Strong working knowledge of Gmail and email systems
  • General familiarity with JustCall, ZoomInfo, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to learn and use company systems, tools, processes, and procedures effectively
  • Skills in consultative selling, customer discovery, account development, relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Ability to manage leads, opportunities, and pipelines; follow up on quotes and proposals; negotiate effectively; and pursue revenue-growth opportunities
  • Ability to create and execute account-growth strategies, explain product value and business solutions, and meet or exceed established sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
