Senior Engagement Manager, Product Analytics
Evaluates AI- and LLM-powered product quality, customer behavior, and usage. Defines success metrics and turns analytical findings into product improvements.
Descriere
- Build evaluation frameworks for product quality, accuracy, and alignment with user intent
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs and success measures throughout the product lifecycle
- Use product analytics to assess customer behavior, usage, and performance
- Find gaps in data, tracking, and instrumentation, and strengthen measurement
- Develop and support A/B tests and experiments to assess product strategies
- Support data pipelines, reporting, and analytics infrastructure
- Track feature adoption, engagement, retention, and product performance trends
- Create dashboards and reports that inform product decisions
- Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to turn findings into product improvements
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- At least seven years of relevant experience in data science, product analytics, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using large-scale product or event-based datasets
- Experience with data platforms, business intelligence or reporting, and statistical modeling
- Strong knowledge of product performance measurement and evaluation
- Ability to work independently, identify information gaps, and prioritize high-impact work
- Experience working with financial institutions, such as banks, or in fintech analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
