Descriere

  • Lead development of full-stack web applications with React.js and Node.js.
  • Create GenAI and LLM applications using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic AI.
  • Build and improve RAG pipelines for enterprise applications.
  • Develop LLM workflows and AI agents with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Connect LLMs to enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external services.
  • Design REST APIs and Node.js backend services.
  • Build responsive, scalable front-end applications with React.js.
  • Use vector databases, embeddings, document processing, and semantic search.
  • Apply prompt engineering and context management, and evaluate and optimize LLM applications.
  • Design multi-step AI workflows, tool calling, agent orchestration, and state management with LangGraph.
  • Deliver AI solutions that are scalable, secure, reliable, and ready for production.
  • Work with architects and technical teams to shape application and AI solution architecture.
  • Review code, set development practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Investigate performance and production issues across applications and AI/LLM systems.
  • Lead full-stack and AI development initiatives.
  • Turn business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Guide architecture and design decisions while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.
  • Own deliverables from design and development through deployment and production support.

Cerințe

  • Bring 7–12 years of software development experience.
  • Have strong hands-on skills in React.js and modern front-end development.
  • Have substantial experience with Node.js and backend or API development.
  • Have practical experience building generative AI and LLM applications.
  • Understand RAG architecture and implementation well.
  • Have hands-on experience with LangChain.
  • Have hands-on experience with LangGraph and agentic workflows.
  • Have used LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar services.
  • Know Python or JavaScript/TypeScript well.
  • Have experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and third-party integrations.
  • Understand vector databases, embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and semantic search.
  • Understand software design principles, architecture, and development best practices.
