Tavsif

  • Build evaluation frameworks for product quality, accuracy, and alignment with user intent
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs and success measures throughout the product lifecycle
  • Use product analytics to assess customer behavior, usage, and performance
  • Find gaps in data, tracking, and instrumentation, and strengthen measurement
  • Develop and support A/B tests and experiments to assess product strategies
  • Support data pipelines, reporting, and analytics infrastructure
  • Track feature adoption, engagement, retention, and product performance trends
  • Create dashboards and reports that inform product decisions
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to turn findings into product improvements

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field
  • At least seven years of relevant experience in data science, product analytics, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using large-scale product or event-based datasets
  • Experience with data platforms, business intelligence or reporting, and statistical modeling
  • Strong knowledge of product performance measurement and evaluation
  • Ability to work independently, identify information gaps, and prioritize high-impact work
  • Experience working with financial institutions, such as banks, or in fintech analytics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
