Grow adoption of CareerPlug’s recruiting and HR software across franchise networks. Lead partner launches, training, performance reviews, and conference engagement.
Descriere
- Manage franchise and association partners, growing paid adoption and locations toward quarterly targets.
- Use account data to create and execute adoption plans for each partner.
- Launch new partnerships through kickoff calls, job template workshops, home office training, and network sessions.
- Meet regularly with brand leaders and field teams to review partnerships and results.
- Build relationships with influential franchisees and members who can advocate for CareerPlug.
- Deliver webinars, promotions, and learning materials that encourage adoption.
- Track partner health, renewal timelines, and churn risks, and raise unresolved issues.
- Represent CareerPlug at partner events and conferences, including speaking engagements.
- Keep partner records up to date in HubSpot.
- Travel to franchise and association conferences to meet partners and franchisees, and occasionally present.
Cerințe
- Background working with franchise brands or franchisors and knowledge of franchising, or experience with associations, dealer or licensee networks, cooperatives, or buying groups.
- Experience increasing adoption or revenue through a network of people who are not direct sales customers.
- Able to present and train groups both online and in person.
- Experience owning measurable targets such as quota, adoption, or retention.
- Understanding of franchise operating systems.
- Able to influence people outside your reporting line.
- Confident presenting to audiences in rooms, on Zoom, and on conference stages.
- Able to turn account data into practical partner insights.
- Willing and able to travel at least 40–50 days annually, including some weekends.
- Preferred: Experience as a Franchise Business Consultant or Coach for a franchisor.
- Preferred: Experience implementing an ATS or other software across a franchise network.
- Preferred: Experience with Home & Commercial Services franchise brands.
- Preferred: Experience in client or partner success, account management, or partner growth at a software company.
- Preferred: Recruiting or HR experience and knowledge.
- Preferred: Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
