Senior Account Manager, Client Services

Apraksts

  • Lead delivery of assigned influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with the Client Services team.
  • Manage client-facing work in partnership with the Account Director and Senior Account Director.
  • Maintain regular client communications and drive post-sale success.
  • Attend, lead, and support key client meetings.
  • Work with clients on new business and account growth opportunities.
  • Help meet and exceed monthly client and business KPI targets.
  • Negotiate influencer contracts and manage creator relationships.
  • Assist with budgets, forecasts, project cash flow, campaign spend, and service costs.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis reporting and present findings to clients with the Insights & Measurement Team.
  • Provide excellent client service and high-quality work.
  • Prepare contracts and creator briefs, compile creator lists, negotiate outreach, and manage creators.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email.

Prasības

  • At least five years in client services, influencer marketing, or talent marketing at an agency or brand.
  • Experience in account and creator management, measurement, paid media, and revenue-focused organizations.
  • Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
  • Experience identifying and sourcing creator talent.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with creators, agents, managers, or attorneys.
  • Experience planning content calendars around creator rates and client KPIs.
  • Experience conducting creator or creator agency outreach.
  • Experience running campaigns on TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snap.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and responsibilities at once.
  • Experience presenting and reporting post-campaign analysis.
  • Experience reviewing creator and brand agreements and understanding usage and payment terms.
  • Experience with revenue recognition systems and processes.
  • Commercial awareness, attention to detail, strong organization, confidence, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, numbers, and data analysis.
  • Ability to lead client calls, presentations, and discussions.
  • A nimble, forward-looking, strategic approach and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and leadership skills.
  • CRM experience with tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Presentation deck design experience is a plus.
