Prasības
- Prior experience in a US business process outsourcing or call center role
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Experience managing incoming or outgoing customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and work effectively across multiple systems
- Professional, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Comfort working in a structured remote environment
- Windows 11 PC; Mac computers are not supported
- 16 GB of RAM
