  • Answer incoming calls
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments
  • Respond to patient inquiries
  • Coordinate patient intake and follow up
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Submit prior authorization requests and track pending approvals

Prasības

  • Hands-on experience in healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, psychiatry, or a related medical setting
  • Experience with relevant healthcare workflows, as required for the position
  • Familiarity with EHR and practice management systems such as SimplePractice, ICANotes, TherapyNotes, Tebra, or similar tools
  • Experience with insurance portals, phone systems, and other healthcare administration tools is an advantage
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Warm, professional communication with patients
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow established workflows
  • Ability to handle confidential patient information responsibly and comply with privacy requirements
  • Reliable and self-motivated approach to work
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setting
