Apraksts

  • Lead and develop internal engagement strategy for the Product Management organization
  • Plan annual engagement calendars and programs around organizational priorities and employee needs
  • Produce communications and content in formats including presentations, videos, campaigns, events, and interactive experiences
  • Work with Product Management leaders and cross-functional partners to identify engagement opportunities
  • Test formats and approaches to increase participation and improve internal communications
  • Use feedback and engagement data to assess results and refine the strategy
  • Coordinate with Communications to align messaging with Product Management priorities
  • Deliver the Product Management training and enablement strategy in partnership with the Senior Manager, Product Enablement
  • Develop learning materials such as facilitator guides, playbooks, job aids, reference resources, videos, and on-demand courses
  • Turn complex product, process, and business topics into practical learning experiences with subject-matter experts
  • Coordinate content, participant communications, learning materials, timelines, and follow-up for program delivery
  • Provide facilitation support as needed
  • Keep enablement materials current as tools, products, processes, and priorities change
  • Build working relationships with Product Managers, leaders, subject-matter experts, Communications, Technical Writing, and other partners
  • Monitor participation, satisfaction, and engagement to improve programs and content
  • Find ways to improve the employee and learner experience, content quality, and program delivery

Prasības

  • Background in enablement, learning and development, instructional design, internal communications, employee engagement, content development, or a related area
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Can make complex information clear and adapt it for different audiences and formats
  • Experience producing engaging presentations, learning materials, internal communications, multimedia content, or employee experiences
  • Strong organization and project coordination skills
  • Can manage multiple assignments, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Curious, proactive, and quick to learn new concepts, tools, and subject matter
  • Able to own assigned work independently, seek guidance, and use feedback
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable working with subject-matter experts and cross-functional partners
  • Experience with learning management systems, e-learning or content-authoring tools, video tools, or knowledge-management platforms is a plus
  • SaaS, technology, or Product Management experience is preferred
