Principal Speech Analytics and Quality Analyst

Lead quality and speech analytics for NewRez’s Compliance and Legal division, using CallMiner and Tableau. Build monitoring tools, identify risks, and support audits and training.

Apraksts

  • Create searches to automatically analyze recorded conversations and identify topics.
  • Partner with business units to share recommendations and feedback, researching accounts, items, or processes selected for audit.
  • Lead management discussions about directives and process changes.
  • Supply call monitoring data for companywide training on new directives.
  • Maintain category records to support efficient system operations and accurate data.
  • Help prepare reports and audit workflows.
  • Investigate root causes of categories that fail.
  • Support other departments and monthly audits.
  • Track, organize, and respond to audit requests.
  • Collaborate with analysts on enhancements and Tableau reports.
  • Coach and guide less experienced colleagues.
  • Coordinate with IT Data Analytics to deliver accurate Tableau reports and dashboards on time.
  • Complete other related duties assigned by management.

Prasības

  • US citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Substantial experience using CallMiner.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field.
  • At least five years of related experience in quality assurance, speech analytics, or call monitoring.
  • SQL experience preferred.
  • Experience with speech analytics or speech recognition required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CallMiner or other speech analytics software required.
  • Knowledge of Tableau reporting.
  • Able to code and program, and operate voice recordings through software and its API interface.
  • Strong verbal communication, writing, composition, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Able to safeguard confidential data and information.
  • Strong technical aptitude and business acumen.
