Help retail and e-commerce customers get value from homie’s AI chat assistant. You’ll manage onboarding, product feedback, backend configuration, and growth opportunities.

Apraksts

  • Support retail and e-commerce customers.
  • Respond independently to customer questions by email and in meetings.
  • Help customers get the most from the AI-powered chat assistant.
  • Configure and maintain settings in the product backend.
  • Tailor communication to customers’ differing levels of technical expertise.
  • Share customer feedback and product improvement ideas systematically with the product team.
  • Help Sales Managers assess product functionality.
  • Contribute to scoping proposals for upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor customers with revenue potential on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify expansion opportunities among existing customers.
  • Gradually take ownership of larger projects and customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Lead and founders.
  • Provide regular updates on customer status.

Prasības

  • Degree in Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a focus on digital technologies or artificial intelligence is preferred.
  • Recent graduates in AI or Data Science are also welcome.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer support or customer success.
  • SaaS or technology experience is desirable but not required.
  • Confidently use Claude Cowork, Google Workspace, Slack, and HubSpot.
  • Be willing to learn project management tools such as Linear quickly.
  • Have a basic understanding of AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, and an interest in prompting.
  • Show an affinity for digital products and backend systems.
  • Have native-level German proficiency.
  • Have good written and spoken English skills.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Bring a strong customer focus and empathy.
  • Be patient and adaptable when supporting customers with different levels of technical expertise.
  • Take a proactive approach to work.
  • Explain complex topics clearly.
  • Work well in a team and be willing to contribute beyond your immediate area of responsibility.
  • Be enthusiastic about AI technologies and motivated to keep developing.
  • Work in a structured, independent way after onboarding.
